我已經練叻3天都晚上8點半我會先做30下伏地挺身然後再做這個http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eiosjHorxSc我國一要升國二157公分35公斤請問我這樣練叻會長不高還是練不起來嗎我很瘦小五~國一28~35整個上半身肋骨和鎖骨很明顯不用摸就看得出來都骨頭還練得出來嗎?做叻3天連續3天都上半身.腳.脖子痠痛死動作大叻��
