請問一下做仰臥起坐會不會有腹肌呢(每天60以後再慢慢往上)?還有伏地挺身請問這個運動會讓我胸口更厚更寬麼?(每天10~20,作一間往上調)我只想要運動結實一點並不想要有肌肉所以問一下而且我胸口已經夠厚夠寬了所以問一下...Showmore
