我對訓練肌肉還不太寮解!我想說每天晚上大約20下仰臥起作20下伏地挺身需要持續多久才會形成肌肉就當作稅前運動一下也好!還是說這樣根本不會有肌肉因為我是想說慢慢刺激一天刺激一點這樣久而久之因該就可以了吧!哪位大大可以幫我解答的感激不盡順便提一下我是要練胸肌...腹肌不想太操勞所以選
