我每天都有扶力挺身每天50下也都有再舉比較輕的啞鈴1公斤而已然後舉很多下我持續蠻久了有一個月多了還沒什麼效果怎樣才可以真的變壯阿?二頭肌和三頭肌力氣是怎樣可以變大呢??我丟球想變遠變高請教大大一下
