請問我聽人家說舉10棒的雅玲想練大肌肉是不是要慢慢舉上來在舉下去然後次數是3組馬ㄧ組舉40次在休息在舉40然後ㄧ天舉3次是就是舉120下這樣事重量訓練嗎然後休息一天隔天再做伏地挺身這樣好嗎幫幫我謝....Showmore
