每天做伏地挺身幾百下..一次做50下..休息幾秒鐘在持續作50下......做到幾百下為止...每次一做伏地挺身都會覺得打腿小腿都有出力尤其是做到快沒力的時候腳的肌肉會更出力更緊繃這樣會不會是的整隻腳變粗壯@@!???...Showmore
