我身高176公分體重62公斤BMI算過了!雖然中等但是整體感看起來很瘦我平時重量訓練做的很足夠14P的啞鈴舉50下一天兩次向上舉也是50腹肌也有練仰臥起坐伏地挺身居家想的道的重量訓練全做了!三餐也正常我是做木工裝潢的食量普通但聽說消耗熱量比平常人多所以無法重起來有人能幫我安排增重餐嗎?例早�
