我是男生我高三體重85身高175我這麼胖力氣卻很小覺得滿丟臉的所以我想練肌肉請問對練肌肉的耐力有經驗的男生手部的肌肉該怎麼練呢?就別人所說的二頭肌等等我每天晚上都會練啞鈴兩手各一個12P的啞鈴左右手都各做100下我的練法是手垂直到大腿再慢慢舉起到肩膀那個高度目前持續了三星期請問這樣�
