肌肉需要輪休嗎? - 運動

我看伊林魔男的異想世界這本書提到他說肌肉也要輪休運動過的部位要休息48小時後才能練今天練胸肌腹肌 明天練三頭二頭肌 後天練三角肌跟臀部但又在知識看到胸肌跟腹肌可以天天練不用休息(不知道其他肌肉部份能不能天天練)到底肌肉需不需要輪休還是為了效果天天練呢?麻煩幫我解答一下��
