上大學後有一年的時間都沒運動只有做些伏地挺身加上偶而慢跑理所當然的胸肌的形狀維持沒變但是肚子已從往日的平坦甚至肉凹變成了顆小圓球...尤其是肚擠以下更是肥有甚麼簡單運動的組合可以幫助我嗎我目前180公分70公斤體脂肪21肥肉大多集中在肚子哪位好心人能幫我設計一個運動課程呢
