我作伏力挺身跟仰臥起坐到今天已經一個月了..胸肌有少許的明顯...可是腹肌要剛做完仰臥起坐的時候才看的到其他時候都沒有><"請問這是啥情形呢??我身高178開始做運動後體重從68變70這是肌肉變重嗎?要怎樣才能看到我的腹肌阿??伏力廷身都分3組一組20下仰臥起坐4組大約75下左右..另外還有啞鈴��
