我想問各位高手們~小弟身高170CM體重58~65KG腰29~30吋BMI值=23.529411764706是個學生五點到家假日放假。小弟有很嚴重的任成紋(腹部)4~6條用手捏就捏出一層2CM的肥肉,我會駝背。小弟最近練了一個月仰臥起坐上腹肌下腹肌側腹肌做3組(一組20下)慢跑1600M以及上半身健身。是這樣的我肚子有任成紋但我又要吃水煮
