請問各位大大我現在升國一165cm55kg目前有胸肌.腹肌6塊雖然很明顯但是我還是覺得不夠好請問要怎麼讓自己的身體更完美現在每天做:仰臥起坐:120下伏地挺身:80下慢跑:1000m蛙跳:30下每天持續做現在成果還不錯請問這樣做正確嗎??...Showmore
