各位好首先我先自我介紹一下我身高187公分體重120公斤我每天的瘦身套餐是我會先去國小跑200公呎的操場兩圈當熱身之後我會跳繩2000下50下一個循環太多下我也沒辦法2000千下跳完大概也要30~40分鍾了之後會去跑超場5圈就是1公里睡覺前又會做仰臥起坐50下向上抬腿20下伏地挺身是膝蓋在床沿邊然後做伏地�
