打棒球手軸痠痛 - 伏地挺身

1.我已經打了4年的棒球了,手軸從國小五年級就開始痠痛。(我從小三開始打,現在國二)2.我的右手,碰不到右手的肩膀,有時候轉或甩的時候會有磨擦聲,很痛。3.後來我去給醫生看,醫生說:手軸的骨頭被磨掉了。4.那我可以做伏地挺身來加強手臂嗎?這樣會發炎嗎?,要怎麼保養.冰敷?
