我想報考女性軍官班,但因膝蓋之前常扭傷,所以很久(至少五、六年)沒跑步,加上又是扁平足(應該是,我的腳是內八),最近才開始練跑,發現跑起來腿很容易酸,而且速度很慢。不曉得有什麼辦法可以改善(像是加快慢跑速度、訓練腿部力量)對於很久沒慢跑的人,如何訓練自己在8分鐘內跑完1200公尺?�
