最近愛上了練肌肉~有空都跑步跑完就練~亞鈴~仰臥起坐也買了好市多的高蛋白準備要吃可以請教要如何練比較有型,高蛋白要怎麼吃比較好~有人說運動完30分鐘內也發現我右手的肌肉比我的左手大怎麼會這樣~要如何鍛鍊變一樣呢我亞鈴是16磅的吃高蛋白有需要注意什麼嗎?
