我2年半前胖到體重120公斤身高173公分之後我一直做運動,飲食有控制現在體重88公斤身高不變可是肚子胸部和大腿的肉都鬆垮垮的我平常是有再舉啞鈴的,做伏地挺身可是都沒有變得比較結實我沒有時間去上健身房可是想要瘦肚子上的游泳圈和下垂的胸部我的胸部上半部是硬的下半是垂的肚子的游泳圈�
