Q1.是自從放了暑假之後才有的以前(有上學)11點就能入睡現在放暑假後雖然每次11點左右都會上床睡覺可是都要到快凌晨1點;甚至1點多才會睡著(越來越晚睡著...)然後剛開始是早上9點多會起床現在變成早上10點多快11點才會起床有時候8點多起床會頭暈暈的.._ㄇo(還要再回去補眠==)爬了很多知識+的相關題目
