我的右邊靠脖子那(鎖骨上面)練出一塊肌肉(用力就會凸起一小陀肉)可是問題來了.我左邊完全沒有.有沒辦法解救.讓二邊一樣或是讓右邊消失.我每天大概練一個小時.伏地挺身在跑步在啞鈴在跑在伏地挺身.這樣循環練一個小時(約練半年).我是哪裡做錯了嗎?
