我基本單槓可以拉20下左右,伏地挺身基本也可以50個左右,長跑都沒問題,唯獨就仰臥起坐不是我的罩門,1分鐘能做1X個就很猛了,距離考試還有一個多月,可否請各為達人,教教我,如何能增進腹部力量。考試我一定可以過的,只不過小弟的軍種是海龍兩棲,我目前能做的只是基本,請大家幫幫忙囉
