我哥身高173體重快90他最近因為想交女朋友所以開始減肥但是他減肥的方法是改喝無糖綠茶以前晚餐吃到飽現在只吃半碗飯每天晚上舉啞鈴30~50下跪著做滾輪15下休息再做2~3次我感覺他這樣似乎沒用吧..應該要先減去身上的肥油肥肉再去健身練肌肉才有用吧??還是這樣也可以達到瘦身效果??總覺得他這樣體�
