我目前身高172體重5518歲男性因為我的吸收力很不好吃很多東西一直都胖不了平常都會舉啞鈴14P60下左右二天一次跑4000公尺跳繩200下可是始終沒有變胖的感覺請問我應該怎麼訓練飲食又應該如何~會比較好呢?
