小弟今年高2身高179體重才56,整個人看起來算柴柴的從小力氣就超小想說順便練個力氣肩膀蠻窄的.手臂也算細的,我有買14磅的啞鈴一天5組,一組16下一組間隔大約5分我查了一下一磅大約=0.45舉完我不覺得手臂有緊繃只覺得痠(我是坐著手臂貼著大腿舉)但我去我表哥家舉他的可拆式鐵片啞鈴4片我就很吃�
