想請問有健身過或者有健身相當專業及正確知識的人幫忙我解答一下謝謝就是阿我照這個網站http://www.takesport.idv.tw/gym/workout/bicep/bice...我只有一個啞鈴12磅的那麼我按照他說的可是我覺得動作有點不協調有點怪就是他說要貼緊腳內側我實際做過我要舉起來發覺我的手會自己離開大腿內側整個拱上來我想說
