我想要當投手,所以我打算練啞鈴增加球速,但我怕自己姿勢不正確,怕會受傷,雖然已經練了一段時間,重量我覺得很適合,我想問的是:1.怎樣才是正確姿勢,可以增加球速的正確姿勢?2.怎樣才不會受傷,要注意什麼?3.還有我天生很瘦,力量是有,但投球並不快,是不是要壯一點才能有球速,還是重訓就好了?
