過頂舉單臂啞鈴划船啞鈴正面上舉啞鈴聳肩啞鈴單手屈體側舉我每天都會挑3組作15分鐘跟25下伏立挺身可是啞鈴只有用8磅....小弟身高才170體重57想問一下這樣練可以練出肌肉嗎!?如果可以大概要練多久呢ˊˋ!?如果在這樣練下去會變成怎樣!?有更好的辦法或需要改進的地方嗎!!?小弟已經有點小線條了只是不
