若我每天晚上固定做十五分鐘的瑜珈動作每天動作都一樣可以嗎因我上半身偏瘦.下半身較肥大.我想晚上集中在下半身的瑜咖可以嗎.....每天做一樣的動作會不會沒有效果呢..大家都一星期做幾次.一次做多久才有效呢.
