我4/8號要新訓了79公斤的我在抽籤的時候就感覺苗頭不對開始訓練體力但是現在才發覺天阿有好多基本體能訓練的目標都達不到1.比如3000公尺要15分內完成我再怎樣跑也要跑22分鐘請問要怎樣跑才能加快速度身體也還不會不能負荷呢?2.聽朋友說新訓每天要做30個伏地挺身本來鬆了一口氣因為30下的伏地挺身
