我想問有在健身,鍊胸肌跟二頭肌的問題!就是光做伏地挺身可以練出胸肌嗎?跟二頭肌嗎?我才剛開始做,是有蠻明顯的進步啦!因為我本來第一天作時只能做5下...三天現在可以做15下了!但是我都覺得,我的右手出比較多力氣耶,會不會導致胸肌不平衡跟二頭肌的不平均啊?!==一邊大一邊小?且我是早上做15下上學
