我最近有一點愛上跑步說而且也都有在參加一些路跑活動說但我跑到10公里的時候我的呼息調整的都還不錯不太會喘可是我的腳已經跑不下去了所以我想請問要如何訓練來強化我的腿部肌耐力啊?????
