我不知道要怎麼減重才好,我現在才小六,不知道要怎麼減重~但是大人們一直嫌我很重,所以我非常煩惱...>~<請問要做什麼適合小孩子的運動呢?跑步?跳繩?瑜珈?雖然我很喜歡游泳,但是因為家境問題所以不能出門!且我食量還蠻大的....>//<而上面這些運動我都試過了,但是因為會餓所以又會吃��
