我已經持續半年幾乎每天晚上睡覺前都會做個50下才睡可是肚子還是一樣軟軟的阿沒改善耶...我很懷疑根本沒有用還是不夠多阿....而且只有上面變的有點硬大概靠近肚臍的位置都是軟軟的....超級軟那種程度....媽的根本沒用嘛.....救命喔!!!誰來救救我的肥肚肚要怎麼讓他<硬>起來????希望腹部平坦些該
