我想做仰臥起坐瘦小腹,可是我做的時候,脖子跟肩膀的肌肉會一起用力,我怕長久下來脖子跟肩膀都變硬變壯變粗,怎麼辦?還有我超想瘦下腹的,下腹特別的突出,有沒什麼有效的方法?
