如題剛剛爬文把有這些主題的文章都看過大部分都是每天都練耶可是我有注意到一些大大說肌肉也是需要休息的伏地挺身跟仰臥起坐不能每天做??我都是每天做一百下一次做10下交替作這樣才不會累謝謝看完我發問的問題...Showmore
