小弟18歲最近都在練習棒球(投手)然後也有伏地挺身舉啞鈴之類的但是有個疑問比如說這幾天狂練下來現在手跟腰都又酸又痛~那是應該休息個幾天再繼續練嗎還是繼續每天練但是份量減少呢..因為不知道這樣會不會傷到身體..請各位指點PS:還有..雖然得到很多人的指點||~還是請問一下要把球速加快還有什��
