恩...我現在180公分/71公斤我有再拿啞鈴練身體..是有練起來...可是我太瘦練的不好看如何吃的壯一點...而不是吃油吃到肥==||有嘗試過吃油炸的東西吃到75公斤...可是是吃到油-"-油都積在小腹那-"-不要吃到的是油~~!拜託各位大大解答!...Showmore
