小弟我每天都在練肌肉~但是我發現一件事情讓我非常的不解!!我舉6公斤的啞鈴右手可舉50下~左手35下~但是做伏地挺身卻只能到35下!!為什麼??難道伏地挺身比啞鈴更容易練出肌肉嗎?...Showmore
