總覺得臂肌沒有像一些高手練的可以那麼明顯跟壯大請問比較針對的動作有哪幾種呢?(麻煩啞鈴舉例)目前我用的是32磅使用的動作有1.往旁側平舉,還有往前平舉2.往上作推舉的動作3.拉提的動作32磅大概都做3組,然後約10下左右22磅大概作2組,約作20下左右每次都做到沒力為止以上三種是我加強臂部的動作,還
