小弟我還是高中生..但是從小就沒有瘦過(也沒很胖)目前170/74,bmi是過重.小弟我是熱舞社團的,所以固定一個禮拜會跳約10~12個小時的舞,加上回家每天會做兩隻手各65下啞鈴(從腰舉到胸x50從大腿平舉出去x15)80下仰臥起坐,50下伏地挺身,15分鐘的呼拉圈,早餐吃飯糰,中餐吃蘇打餅乾,晚餐也吃蘇打餅乾加水果(還��
