我是個22歲的男生我想請問如何把胸膛還有肩膀練寬練大我168左右54公斤肩膀是向下斜的又不大ˊˋ上半身讓人感覺很瘦小想好好找方法把上半身的形象改善一下不知道有沒有什麼好方法拉單槓跟伏地挺身真的有效嗎?
