我以後當兵可是我體能很差我從小值後體能就超差的體育成績都是吊車尾兩百公尺我要跑快1分鐘1600公尺要13分鐘標準的伏地挺身我做不到一下跳遠我只能跳1.5M仰臥起坐一分鐘我只能做25下然後我不能蹲很久腳會很痛是甚麼原因阿...別人都可以跪很久(就是一隻腳跪在地上然後另一隻腳屈膝屁股坐在跪著��
