我是一位國一(男性化)的女生~我從小體力就好(現在學跆拳道)(現在也是..跳遠188百米17秒8004分鐘仰臥起坐一分鐘4X下伏地挺身連續作20下沒問題^^)我想訓練體力耐力...等..變強一點^^(因為我男性化==")我不怕長肌肉啦~我想不去健身房也能訓練的方式謝謝
