我現在國三睡前都會做運動例如仰臥起坐or開合跳我最常做這兩個我想訓練彈跳爆發力請問開合跳有用嗎?如果有用的話那請問一天至少做幾下或是建議更好的方式[我想要簡單點的]還有縮小腹可以訓練背肌嗎?...Showmore
