我需要最快速能在短時間之內讓肌耐力體能大幅提升的訓練表當然越操越好!這是我開的菜單但我覺得不太夠需要大哥幫我加一些1.熱身10mis2.3000m(15mis)3.鴨子走路x10(20m)4.折返跑x5(20m)5.扶地起身x10(15下)6.仰臥起坐x10(1mis)7.收操10mis這些而已我總覺得少了啥請大大多開一些菜單謝謝ps上面是一星期的量
