我每天做伏地挺身60下,仰臥起坐50下,交互蹲跳60下,會不會太多?尤其是交互蹲跳,我爸爸說以後膝蓋關節會受損,害我不敢做,請問這樣真的有問題嗎?有的話請告訴我適當的次數謝謝。
