1.我只是個新手以前就有這個問題了平常有練身體的習慣運動量不少伏地挺身仰臥起坐啞鈴單槓那些等等..........一天不下百下我練的是鄭子太極總是強調鬆、柔(雖然我是沒體會的很多)整個功架沒有絲毫用力(應該說發勁)的部分跟其他門派的有一點點差別不過練功架的時候總是覺得上半身很僵硬手也是(��
