目前國二173CM71KG身上該練的全部都有也常和大專院校球隊練球只是六塊肌不明顯每天都有舉兩個16P啞鈴至少100多下仰臥起坐100下伏地挺身50下只是曲線還沒很好練了滿久的小腿肌太大會不會長不高??練六塊肌會不會長不高?????也有在練握力器太多惠不會運動傷害?...Showmore
