我想練出腹肌。。。胸肌。。。有哪些方法可以練ㄉ較有效率ㄉㄇ???盡量,可以在家中自己練ㄉ!不要花大錢ㄉ!除ㄌ。。。伏地挺身和仰臥起坐以外!其他都可以建議!因為仰臥起坐。。。我腰力差ㄉ關係都做不到10下!>\"<也順便幫我建議可以減掉腰旁邊ㄉ肉肉ㄉ方法!如:搖呼拉圈。。。等��
