我每天舉啞鈴一組20下.20組(我拿的是8公斤的)(間隔休息時間約1到2分鐘)練完之後,隔天手也不會酸痛。請問我這樣的鏈法對ㄇ?為啥我怎ㄇ絕得我的力氣沒有變得比較大?如果不對,請各位有經驗的大大告訴我該練哪種練法~應該適用力舉到不行,還是舉少下一點,多做幾組呢??
